Founded by someone who did the job in-house first.
Our founder, Rizwan Khan, got his first laptop seven years ago. It was meant for schoolwork during the pandemic, in a village in Pakistan where nobody had done this kind of work before, and there was no one nearby to learn it from. YouTube taught the first year. A friend who kept sending course links taught the second.
Two years on Upwork and Fiverr produced almost nothing. Then a Canadian agency owner hired him as an intern at twenty dollars a week and spent two years teaching him properly: SEO, paid search, paid social, campaigns across every industry that walked in the door. A second agency followed, this one built entirely around B2B SaaS, and that is where the specialization came from. Two more years, complex programs, and a first real look at how software companies actually buy.
Then the part that matters most to anyone hiring us. In June 2024 he took an in-house role at Workwize, a Dutch software platform, as their SEO specialist. Not as a vendor. Inside the company, in the weekly meetings, watching the marketing lead defend the channel to people who wanted numbers rather than rankings. That is where the gap became obvious: most agencies were selling generic programs at prices that made no sense against the results they produced, and none of them understood what a CMO is actually accountable for.
Technotize was registered in October 2024, built specifically to close that gap. A few months later, Workwize became client number one. That engagement ran twenty-two months.
